BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as amended, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is hereby amended so as to rezone: A tract of land located at 1030 and 1034 Cowart Drive, being on the southwest line of Cowart Drive northwest of Highway 153. Lots 8 and 9, Revised Plan of Leonard Hamil Subdivision, as shown by plat of record in plat book 21, page 96, ROHC; being the properties described in deed book 1536, page 360, ROHC, and deed book 3466, page 582, ROHC. Tax Map No. 99L-E-8 and 9. from R-1 Residential Zone to C-2 Convenience Commercial Zone, subject to the following conditions: 1. A ten foot (10') vegetation screening buffer on all sides adjacent to residential zones. 2. All existing easements are retained. SECTION 2. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this Ordinance shall take effect two weeks from and after its passage, as provided by law.
